its hella confusing cause according to some posts online it is ; https://www.reddit.com/r/LineageOS/comments/ikpr61/does_los_offer_full_device_encryption/

but then some Samsung Phones require you to disable it if u want to install custom roms. But then u cannot directly reenable it.

So idk if its just a issue related to samsung, or if it is Android-wide
